The Station Board has been rewired
and is awaiting testing. The new control panel is mostly
finished but requires a switch relocating and the signal
switches wiring in. The main electronics box housing the
combined capacitor discharge units/frog polarity relay
switches are wired in and require mounting into the box
with insulated posts. 4 more CDU's are required to
complete this stage of the box with a further 7-8 needed
for the loco servicing depot in the future.
When
the station board is fully functional with the new
control panel we will build a 12-18" intermediate board
to link the station board to the main line while we
work on the station approach board off line, thus
enabling running on the layout as soon as possible. Any
